Return Policy:
Please choose the correct size before placing your order, as our shirts are slightly oversized. We provide a size chart to help you make the best choice. If you encounter any problems and want to issue a return, we will provide store credit only once your item has been returned successfully. If you encounter any quality problems and want to exchange for the same item, we can do that as well.
Please note: After quality control has inspected and approved your return, your returned items will be issued a store credit of the independent item cost (store credit does NOT include shipping rates).

Customers are responsible for paying their shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.ย
For all orders, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance with your postal carrier. ALONECO does not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase date, we cannot offer you a return for store credit. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Quality control will approve or deny your returned item. A notification of the approval process will be sent to the email address on your order and next steps.

Only regular-priced items may be returned for store credit. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns:
Please email us at eddie@aloneco.com if your item needs to be returned for store credit. We will notify you once weโve received and inspected your order. We will email you from eddie@aloneco.com to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether it has been approved or denied for store credit.
If approved, youโll be issued store credit worth of the item purchased (excluding shipping rates).
Late or missing โ Store Credit:
If you havenโt received your Store Credit from the approval processing email date within 7 days, check your email and junk/spam folder for the notification. If itโs not there, please email us at eddie@aloneco.com.
If you donโt see the store credit after fourteen (14) days, contact us directly at ย eddie@aloneco.com.
Exchanges:
We do exchanges for the same items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please email us at eddie@aloneco.com with the details.
Additionally, you will need to send your defective or damaged items to this address for quality control inspections:

Once the return of the defective/damaged item has been approved by ALONECO, you will receive an email notification from eddie@aloneco.com regarding next steps for the exchange process.
For exchanges from the ALONECO Warehouse: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You may reach out to us at eddie@aloneco.com for updates.

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free worldwide delivery is available for orders over $80 USD.
Orders under $80 USD will be charged based on the delivery address entered at checkout.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The window for any damages and issues is 14 days from the delivery date.
